  "How do I purchase custom leather items?"

Good Question, I'm glad you asked! E-mail Sandy at dragonwoodenterprises@gmail.com with your ideas/drawings/pictures of examples, etc, what kind of leather (light, med, or heavy armor grade), the color you would like it and your e-mail or a way to get in touch with you and she'll put together an estimate.  Then she'll send you a drawing of the item for your approval.  When you approve the design you will need to pay a 50%, non-refundable deposit for work to begin.  When she is finished she will send you an invoice for the rest of the amount and a picture of the completed item.  NOTE: If the item requires measurements (like the dimensions of your shield, measurements for armor, bracers, gorgets etc) YOU are responsible for providing us THE CORRECT numbers.  If we make it to your specifications and it doesn't fit, that's your bad.  If WE don't make it according to your measurements, then that's our bad and we will move heaven and earth to fix the problem.  We want you to be happy with your investment.  So if we mess it up, we'll fix it.

"How do I purchase custom furniture, furniture with heraldry on it, etc?"

SEE ABOVE ANSWER!!!  NOTE: Please inform us if you plan to use shields for SCA fighting or if its just for show.  Also, think about who may sit on your breakdown furniture.  Softer woods may not be the way to go, depending on the design.

"What if my item is broke?"

No Problem. We try to pack as carefully as we can and MOST of the time this isn't an issue.  BUT, it does happen every once in awhile.  If it happens to you, PLEASE, contact us and we will make it right.

"What if I don't like it?"

Well, we can fix that too, as long as it isn't a custom item.  Send us the item back, in its original condition and packaging and we'll give you a refund or store credit, your choice.

"What if what I ordered is now sold out?"

Some of our items are unique and sometimes 2 people buy the same thing at approximately the same time.  When this happens, we will look at the times purchased and whoever paid first will get the item.  Then we will e-mail the other party and let them know what has occurred.  You will have a couple of choices at that point.  We can either refund the purchase OR I can scour my sources to find a similar product for about the same price.  If its more, I'll pay the difference.  If its less, I give you a credit for the difference or you can choose free shipping. 

As you can see, we're pretty easy to get along with as long as you are reasonable.  Most issues can be resolved easily if you give us the chance.  We're in business to serve you and to make a living.  If you're not happy, then we aren't happy.

" I don't live in the USA, can I still buy your items?"

  Yes! BUT, CONTACT US BEFORE you pay for the item.  Shipping prices can vary WILDLY depending on the size (and packaging) of the item and the weight.  Please ask BEFORE you purchase!

"How much is shipping on custom items?"

  It depends on the item, but we can send you an estimate if you'd like.  When you receive the invoice for the 2nd half of payment, your shipping charges will be on it. 

 

  Shipping on domestic items is through United States Postal Service.  Most items we try to ship in a flat rate box or envelope, which saves you money.  If your item requires a different shipping method (like for shield covers), we can email you the estimate.  You may also pick up your item, with prior arrangements, if you are in the area.  Or you can arrange to pick up your items at any event that we attend.
